Troy Brown put-on
The Troy retirement ceremony was great last night. Was is shown on TV??
Relatedly, I COULD NOT believe his parting statement was "I put on for my city", leading into yet another blaring version of Young Jeezy.... to me, it felt ick. In any case, they played that song WAY TOO MUCH yesterday, if you count pregame, at least 3 times during the game, and then the Troy ceremony. anybody else getting sick of it, after just a few weeks....? |

According to the video, the Jets came out on the field during the Troy Brown celebration. ******* pricks.
That aside, I couldn't help but get a little emotional watching that ceremony. Brown is a true Patriot! |

Thank you very much for the link. I loved watching it....and will do it again.
Now the question....has there ever been a truer NE Patriot? I can maybe throw Hannah and Grogan into the mix, but that is it for right now. Brady obviously has his place. Retire #80 is all I can say. |
