Get out of the bunker and look around. This moment in time is not just another bbs talking point. You can't skate on bromides and random invasion this time around. Obama's job will be orders of magnitude more difficult than that of other presidents in our memory, bar none.

The current regime never went into a family's home with the Deltas, snatching children at the point of a machine gun; the current regime never sent the ATF with tanks to somebody's farm house to smoke 'em out, killing all 100 of them in the process; the current regime doesn't have posters of Che Guevara hanging in their offices or mentors like Saul Alinsky, Wm "Boom-Boom" Ayers, or Jeremiah "God DAMN America" Wrong.

I'm not opposed to this if he does some GREAT things while he's in office. If he can bring the economy back on it's feet while simultaneously getting the troops out of Iraq (the two things which I consider CHANGE) then I will not have a problem with a national holiday being named after him. After all, MLK has a holiday named after him just for spearheading the civil rights movement. And when you read this post, keep in mind that I am a moderate and am registered independent (pretty much saying I am in no way a "liberal Obama ballwasher" :D).
