This is just an awesome moment for all of us.

Alot of people have new hope and this energy needs to be put to great use.

I'm nearly teary eyed.

having people care for their nation and going out an vote is an AWESOME moment.

the youth will drive us and this got them out and voting.

people caring is a GREAT thing

leaders get people to follow them, not just make their followers feel comfortable

Why are you almost teary eyed? Why is their new hope?

We just kissed our 401Ks good bye. Taxes are going to go for everyone and people are going to have even less money than they do now. And even more people won't have health insurance.

This is a disaster for the United States and if we are still here in 4 years, I will be honestly amazed.

you look at this as the next 4 years. I look at this as the survival of the nation. THE GOP had 8 years to do things and failed miserably.

This is a step in the right direction. the country needs to come together and not torn apart by hate.

Out with the old guard and in with the new.

We'll have to actually wait and see if more people voted this time than in 2004. If they did, then you might say people are caring. If not, then what?

Obama hasn't shown he can be a leader. What he has shown is that he's a good snake oil salesman. And enough people seem to have bought it.
