Hannah makes a point

Interesting, he saw it as some of us did... Maybe this week he can comment on the OL and pass blocking...

And for the record, Randy said there was some real look in the mirror individual soul searching that went on in the aftermath of watching the the SD game film.

“Last week, Moss is running down the field, the ball is coming, and he never lifted his arms for the ball,” Hannah said. “At some point in time, if you see that ball, you’ve got to jump for it. You’ve got to grab it. You’ve got to take it away from the other guy. I don’t think our receivers as a whole - (Wes) Welker fights for everything he gets - but I think a lot of our speed-type receivers are spoiled by Brady. . . . They have to go up and take it away from the other guy because (current starter Matt) Cassel can’t put it in your hip pocket.”

“I don’t know if it’s that, but you get into habits, and habits are hard to break,” said Hannah. “I don’t know. He may be hurt. Maybe he’s got a bad ankle. Maybe he’s got a bad knee. You don’t know. That could be it. They’re not going to broadcast on the wires if they’ve got an injury.

“You know the problem, but you can only guess at what causes that problem.”

"I play when I wanna play" - Randy Moss before he became a Patriot

Just because he doesnt openly say stuff like that anymore, it doesnt change his state of mind.

Hence, one week he has 22 yards, the next week he has 122 yards. He has the skill to get 122 every game though.

Yup, and besides who is Hannah and what the hell would he know...

It's pretty simple. If you want to make this work, it's going to take a team effort and the veterans have to go above and beyond. Tonight we saw that. Need to see it consistently. Time to quit sniffling about Tommy and figure out what you need to do to help THIS team win.

Yup...I believe this game was the perfect template for the team...if they are able to do this every games...they should be okay...great defense...sick running game...get ahead by a TD or so...dont place too much preasure on Cassel...let him manage the game...

sorry, I must be reading in spanish. Whats right in front of me, does not say he wasnt trying. It simply says he didnt catch the ball. Personally, I don't think he put in the effort on that pass that he should have. However, I'm not going to start posting that Randy isnt trying.
