He is a good coordinator that was in over his head as a head coach in a relatively dysfunctional environment. Having the O line banged up as bad as theirs is doesn't help either.
When he left Miami for St. Louis Nick Saban was really surprised because he felt Linehan wasn't nearly ready to be a head coach. A man's got to know his limitations. |

It's about time. It angers me when head coaches attempt to deflect blame from themselves by benching players, as if it falls to the players when the entire organization blows. Sorry Scott, it ain't Marc Bulger's fault that you're incompetent.
