here is the interesting part for all the analysts who suggest the proverbial "dont make mistakes and dont lose the game " theory

Sure...but what could BB have said otherwise, "yes, we tell Matt to try and not lose, that he's no Tom Brady, and that if he doesn't F up, we'll probably win most of our games?" I imagine there's a lot of truth to what BB says and what he says he tells Cassel, but the reality of the situation is that Cassel will do his job and win games by avoiding mistakes.
