Look for Ventrone to suprise us
With Brady's plant leg still untested in live games I see him doing alot of dump off passes underneath the linebackers. I see Welker and Ventrone being recipients of this.
I see Ventrone having 4 or 5 catches possibly. But I could be totally wrong. I don't see many long bombs. Maybe a few. |

Surprise? Not really, but then I've been a "Bubba" cheerleader for a bit.

I see Ventrone having 0 catches, in fact, I don't see him taking a snap on offensive.
We'll see. |
Re: Look for Ventrone to suprise us
I wouldn't be surprised at all to see him get some run today. They'll take some shots down the field off of play-action I would imagine, but there will be a lot of stuff thrown underneath, which means a lot of Welker but also potentially a lot of 4 wide sets, and I could see Ventrone catching a couple balls out of those sets. He definitely seems like a potential YAC guy, given the way he runs (which is to say, more like a tailback than a receiver).

I thought Ventrone would be playing RG and serving as the backup QB? |

As for Ray, I guess it just depends on whether or not they use him as a receiver today. I don't think we'll see him catch anything, to be honest. I'd be surprised if he were a spot above Washington on the depth chart. |
