Ty Law wants starter's salary of $5M to $6M
Just read on a website blog that Law was noted to say he is expecting somewhere between 5 and 6 million this year for his services and wants to get a contract based on a starters average pay as a premiere CB
Sorry but 5 or 6 million for a CB in his mid 30s is a bit on the retarded side,Even if it would somewhat help our teams depth at the position He is doggone crazy and deserves no more than 1.5M like Lynch was offered Dear Ty Law: - If you are adamant about the money contract you want, then retirement says hello |

He must be standing by that too, or else he would have signed with someone already

That would explain why nobody has signed him.

Re: Ty Law wants starters salary of $5M to $6M
Thats why Cleveland tried real hard to get him but decided on a younger and talented Daniels a few days ago
Ty Law may be the most arrogant and stubborn NFL player in the league right now,His demands are incredibly unrealistic About $2M for a 1 year deal is my guess as to what the Browns offered and that would be more than generous for a player that was about average on his last team (K.C.) |
Re: Ty Law wants starters salary of $5M to $6M
He'll get nothing and like it.
Hopefully the Pats cast him aside...although BB does have a weak spot for aging, fragile veterans. Duane Starks says hello. How many times does Casey have to strike out before we say the emperor has no clothes? |
Re: Ty Law wants starters salary of $5M to $6M
Everyone will say pay the man after the first two weeks. These DB's will get their first real test when they play Brett Favre and the Jets.

Re: Ty Law wants starters salary of $5M to $6M
Wow... I knew he wanted more than the Pats were likely to give him, but I pictured that being in like the $3m range. 5 or 6 is just way too much for him at this stage in his career.
