Re: I dont care what anyone says. Big Ben is a great guy

Seattle is the most hostile place I have ever been a visitor at. I had an entire section giving me crap for my Bledsoe jersey. They never let up. We play there this year...I wish I still had that Bledsoe jersey.

Oakland will give you crap, but it is mostly in fun.

I think it depends on the section, night vs. day game, and attitude. Night games increases the drunkeness factor so you get more fights, but the depressent effects of alcohol seem to kick in at the 4th quarter.
I hate seattle fans with a passion lol Most of my family are seattle fans though.

You'd think that with all the yuppies in Seattle, they'd be a little more polite.

If you dont care what anyone says, why make a thread about it?

The title suggests he doesn't want an argument but just wants to spread the story around and show everyone why he thinks Big Ben is a nice guy.

Its nice to know some people dont have to be arrogant jerks online for no good reason.

Yeah, I'm getting pretty tired of the thread police myself.

.....with an even bigger heart.

Its ESPN but this is a great story similar to the Tedy Bruschi one of last year. Although this is not Patriots related it deserves to be seen and let everyone see the good a lot of players do off the field.

i actually like the guy. I liked him in college and even though he is a Steeler, he is a good young QB and just a regular guy. One of my favorite QBs in the league.

Yeah, I dont really get why some people think he's some arrogant prick

Maybe the stadium has it's share of failed rock and roll stars who are pissed that the grunge era is over, Kurt Cobain is forgotten, laughed at their high school classmates that went to work for some company called Microsoft, and just now jumped on the Starbucks bandwagon, hoping to work their way up to when they can claim some of those early am drive through primo shifts.

Why do I need to care about Big Ben? There are plenty of youth coaches and people who donate their time to youth sports who are far better people then he is ... let's make a thread about them ... oh, we can't they aren't millionaire athletes.
