Oh believe you, me, I REALLY wanted to come here. Best non-Dolphins game I've ever seen. It's alright though, Perfectville only has room for one and the Phins will always be looking down on the Pats.

No, no. I don't have lofty expectations and I won't until I see an on-field product that I can put confidence in. I know where the Dolphins stand right now and while I'll be rooting and hoping for wins each and every week; I''m smarter than to predict them to do anything spectacular.

First off, I don't want to work for ESPN. I'd like to actually talk about the game rather than just babble non-sense for an entire segment.

How is that being a homer? You have a cinderella team that isn;t even one of the 5 best teams in football going up against possibly the best team ever. You can't find a much bigger upset, not to mention the best play in Super Bowl history followed by a game winning touchdown with less than a minute remaining.

Maybe if YOU would step back from the homer glasses you could've seen it was a great game that your team so pathetically choked.

And yeah, what's the problem with wanting to keep a sacred record? The '72 team remains the greatest, it's just as fair for me to root against an undefeated team as it was for you to root for them.
