He admitted he was wrong, claimed he wasn't trying to tape in a discreet manner and said that he's told the truth.

Will be forgotten by everyone who watched in about 15 minutes, nothing news worthy here at all.

If that was all they did, the Pats would have been smarter to put him on some sort of sports show, whether it be Real Sports or something else.

i seriously doubt BB or the pats called for this interview. last season ketiyan interviewed BB and asked spygate related stuff which bb said he will answer at another time. i think keteyian wouldve asked for this interview rather than the other way around. We all know BB doesnt give a rats *** about other's opinions so i doubt he was eager to come up and talk on his own.

All I can do is speculate that it was more Tanenbaum, Calling the NFL or even alerting Jet security does not seem like the kind of thing an NFL coach would have time for during a game.

I would further speculate that the Jets security people had been told to watch for Estrella prior to the beginning of the game, and to stop him and confiscate his tape if they felt like he was filming signals. And I would bet it was Tanenbaum that told security what there orders were and not Mangini.

I speculate that no one on the Jets staff wanted to put the Pats and BB in the position that they are in. I think Estrella should of just handed over the tape.

I don't believe Mangini ratted on any one because everyone already knew what was happening.

BB doesnt care what anybody thinks about him. but he has a sense of responsibility to bob Kraft and the pats to get there side of the story out. that's why he did the interview.

I thought it was great.
Everything Belichick said was was aimed at Walsh being a liar.
Well done.
From the lie about advising coaches to formations and such, to the lie about the Patriots trying to cover up the taping (while he in Patriot gear and visible for everyone to see), to the lies about Walsh being buddies with all the decision makers. And I know I missed one.
