When will SI stop saying we're concerned about Bills?

i'm very concerned about the Bills.

About them SUCKING.

hahahahahaahahahahhahahaah get it. hahaahahah

You lost the Superbowl, you lost those six guys, and you say you're not worried this season? That you're going to be better? OK... but I guarantee you will miss Asante. "Overrated pro bowl CBs" don't grow on trees, as the Bills learned with Nate Clemens.

The funny part is, he is the one who started this thread!! LMAO!!!

hahahahahahahaha

Really in all honesty the Bills have improved and are building a COLD WEATHER TEAM

That will prove big....tough D...pound the ball...burners at WR and a tall man

Reminds me of Jax blueprint minus the burners

Will they win the AFC East this yr. prob not but OBD finally knows whats up and looks like they are building a team meant to win in cold weather

We picked up more speed at the most important positions on defense during the draft. Plus, we still have Hobbs and Bryant (from what I've seen of him) should be more than reliable. You forget our defense doesn't require a shutdown corner. We should be better on the defensive side of the ball this year. Our offense won't put up record numbers like it did in 2007, but we'll still be able to move the ball down the field and generate enough points to win.

we have 4 more months to go before the season starts. Why do bills fans not want to wait to start the discussion in the end.?

For the sake of our future discussion, can somebody here SAVE this thread so that we can show it to them and the SI moron at the end of the season.?

I can guarantee you that the Pats and myself won't miss Asante Samuel. Asante shouldn't have been a pro-bowl Corner. He's a lousy tackler who gambles too much and was the beneficiary of great pressure by the front 7 of the Pats.

Why would the Pats miss a guy (wilson) who was basically benched in favor of a rookie in the SB? Also, I believe that, while Bryant may be a downgrade from Samuel, that the depth at CB will be better with Lewis, Webster, Wheatley, Richardson and Wilhite battling for 3 positions. Also, there is still the strong possibility that Ty Law will sign with the Pats. Even though he's 34, he knows the defense and could back-up at Corner and at FS. Hell, he could start at corner as well.

Colvin is the only one, right now, that I think the Pats will miss. It remains to be seen how things work out at the LB positions. Will the Pats have Thomas at OLB opposite Vrabel or will he be at ILB? Will Hobson start for this team? Will Seau be back?

Yes, I believe that the Patriots will be as good or BETTER than last year. Why? Various reasons, including the increased depth at LB and CB and the health of players like Morris. And the continued development of players like Mankins, Meriweather, Maroney, and Sanders.

I can't believe that Pats let Colvin go because of his injury. Tough love.! We have seen pats add a lot of young LBs in the roster. We will know how the training camp goes.

The Bill are a loser team with loser fans. The only way I would ever start being concerned about this team is if they move to another city, e.g. LA. Then they might become a threat once that get away from loserville aka Buffalo where hope goes to die.
Great insightful post man! You are a credit to your fellow Pats fans!

Don't get your hopes up for Webster... trust me, the guy is garbage. In TC last year, he was getting beat left and right by the likes of Josh Reed and Peerless Price. He looked confused consistently, and nothing changed game time. I will be shocked if he makes the final roster on BB's squad.

I know that my post was stating the obivious about the Bills, so sue me. But since you are here, I want to thank you and all the other Bills fans for all the past and future victories that the Patriots will be getting when they play the Buffalo Bills.

Great points on this thread, I'm so tired of people using the Bills as their "trendy" pick. How about you get into the playoffs sometime this decade before we consider you a contender.

Now, the team I worry about the most in the AFC is Denver. That team scares the crap out of me because if that Cutler kid can get himself going, and that chop blocking o-line can get its act together, they could have a very good season. And Denver in the Playoffs always sucks.

The teams I anticipate falling off are the Browns (cause they are the Browns) and the Jaquars. For some reason, I just don't see the jags surprising anyone this season and see the Texans and Titans playing them a little tougher this year. And until they beat the colts twice in the same season, they aren't "there" yet.

There are a lot of funny posts on here and this is one. So please tell me any time besides last year, right before the second Pats game, when the Bills were the "trendy" pick.

Denver? Are you serious? Now there's a trendy pick. Every year it's all about how Denver is going to rock, and for the most part they've sucked. Cutler isn't going to get it together. He'll be another JP Losman after this year. They're a team full of stop-gap free agents who can't help but get into trouble.

I agree that the Browns will fall off. Jacksonville will be good, possibly not as good as last year.

As far as the original post, the Bills probably won't beat the Pats for a year or two. They're still young and if all their guys can live up to their potential then they'll be a scary team.

Just remember that the Pats used to be the bottom-dwellers too. It's amusing to me to see most everyone on here just laugh off teams that haven't gone 16-0 in a season.

Maybe so, but quantity does not always equal quality.

LOL,

I love how so many of you are biting your tongue now.

Bills fans....so proud that they're only shot has come as a result of a season ending injury to the QB who absolutely demolished them twice last year.

Know what makes us LOL, the Pats without Brady are 1 game behind the Bills for division lead and they haven't played each other yet.

When you lose a hall of fame QB coming off the best season a QB HAS EVER HAD it changes the equation a bit buddy, and we'll see whose biting what come week 10.

This has to be a joke. Pats will still win by 30 even with Cassel at QB.

Maybe if the Bills ever beat a team with a winning record, I could get concerned about them, right now I am more concerned the the Rams.

Hey sweetpea, might want to get a few more wins and perhaps a little closer to the end of the season before talking crap. EVERYONE knows the Bills fold like lawn chairs when it matters most. Your 5-1 is one or two injuries from 7-9.

Just enjoy what you have right now, and save the crap talk til you've actually done something. ;)

Stings, but it's fairly accurate.

They do need to beat someone good. Every Bills fan was feeling real good w/ the 4-0 start. Myself included. Well, we're seeing now what happens when the level of competition gets better. They still have 8 more games, but they have serious issues to fix (pass rush, TE, interior O line) and not a whole lotta time to fix 'em if they really wanna compete in the postseason this year. If they don't get to fixing this stuff, it'll be another "wait 'til next year" speech we'll be spewing.
