Just wondering if anyone heard anything about it. Obviously he's not going to wear the #7 he wore in college. As of now 55(if Seau doesn't come back), 56, and 57 are available as are 91 and 95. I feel like he'll take 55 if Sea doesn't come back if he does I'm going with 56.

56 is Tippett and is semi-retired. It will probably be officially retired at some point.

57 is officially retired (Steve Nelson).

That leaves 55, 91, 95, and 98. Or he could temporarily wear something different just for training camp - like something in the 40s.

I dont remember a 51 being in use.

Wasnt Don Davis the last too wear 51?

yeash, the need some more numbers.

Mayo would look tight in 51.5

From what I have been hearing it seems like Seau will be back so cross 55 off the list.

I need to call this guy tonight - someone get it soon.

per reiss- slaughter was cut, and mixion was waived.

Yup, Slaughter was cut, so that leaves:

51, 55, 91, 95, and 98. I also wouldn't be surprised if Alexander finds himself on the chopping block sometime soon, which would make 52 available.

95 would seem like a good number for Crable.

Pretty safe to assume 51 would be Mayo's number, however Rudd used that number in college.

I'm sure Mayo couldn't give two ****s about Redd at this point. :)

Pretty sure Redd and Rudd are two different people.

Mayo should wear #55, so we can call him Cinco Cinco de Mayo.

Its unlikely that they will assign anyone to 91 unless absolutely necessary, out of respect for Marquise Hill.
