-You expected a rousing ovation on a Pats forum?

I get one every place else, so why not here? ;)

Edit: On second thought, mere applause will do.

Really? Not a big Mellancamp fan, but it would be odd if that was the case since he performed and the Thursday night season opener last year. I doubt that Colts would want him there if he was so critical of them publicly.

Yup, true story, but this was back around 1987 or so. Perhaps he's changed his stripes, or the Colts paid him enough money to set principle aside.

I guess you need to tell the folks of Burlington that they are no longer considered Vermont. Geeze you are picky.

I guess two is "several."

I love people that bring the rope to hang themselves. Thanks for the link.

Istand corrected. 3 = several.

Next, Colt's fans will boycott paper products in which the pulp was

made by the Kraft process.

Umm...I guess that's about as close to a compliment as I'm going to get.
Interesting. Most trolls visit other teams websites because they are in desparate need of attention. You're the first one who does it looking for love.

Well, climb in the barrel, son. We'll do you right.

I actually don't find this one bit unusual.

I lived in Texas for 3 years for a good job. When my neighbor asked me where I was from I said New England -- figured he would know that. A state, I would never think they would know -- imagine. So, he said you are from Tennessee?? Well, OK. What can you possibly say??

I think it is a matter of exposure. People in Europe, most parts of the Northeast and California, plus a few other areas and states are in a complete and total different world than most of the people in our country.

I really don't have an explanation for it except exposure. It really is shocking. If the people in the midwest don't even know where NE is, do you think they have a clue about the issues facing our country??? Could someone explain to me why the people in the midwest are just so flat out dumb??? OK, they lack culture, but does that mean you have to be dumb???

Oh, Texas, Indiana, same story. Been to both places. Nice enough, but do you have a BRAIN???

Aw goddammit there is NO call to drag Dungy's kid into this.

Weren't you the guy that made that horrible death joke?

Well since that was a while ago, things probably have changed. The Colts got to Indy in 84. Many in Indiana were Bears fans before the Colts got there.

Well, climb in the barrel, son. We'll do you right.

I fixed that for you.
