I dunno. After reading three days worth of Pats fans headed to the Tobin Bridge with every ESPN rumor from "unnamed sources", it seems helpful to me to have a little fun with it.

This happened to be the thread where the false WEEI information on the size of the contract appeared. False information that fans are now gnashing their teeth over. I'm just poking fun at all that.

WEEI isn't giving any football news tonight. They are broadcasting a Celtics basketball game.

We've got another post in it's own thread saying EEI announced it.

Not saying it's true, just that more than one person heard it.

anyone saw the behind the scenes look at schefter's work on nflta just now ? they show schefter talking on the phone and (paraphrasing) "the patriots are not saying anyhing,moss's camp is silent, we are not getting any info regarding randy moss"

so much for all the "reports" from ESPN and crew. if the pats want to keep something secret they usually succeed.

Eff'ing with the media would be like two little sadistic kids pulling the wings off flies to Moss and Belichick.

No, that means someone posted it in a 2 post thread on KFFL and everybody else is going on that post. Like a bunch of junior mediots...

As NFLN ended they had nothing on any deal being done. They are reporting they expect a deal tomorrow, but I think that is based on him not showing up visiting anywhere else...

Chill. The OP over there said "per WEEI". That's all I said. And there are 2 threads at KFFL about it. Not that those matter--IMO.

silence = perhaps they need Randy to take a physical or file legal paperwork with the league. Im optimisitc thsi thing will get done in the next 24 hrs.

If Randy and the Pats have the parameters of a deal in place, it's fine with me if they mutually decide to jerk the media around as hard as they can for the next month before filing the paperwork.

After spygate, the Pats owe the media every bit of sadistic persecution they can possibly muster. I'm sure that Moss feels the same way.

Just keep feeding ESPN pure BS on a daily basis. Maybe Randy's agent could call Clayton and say that Randy is now consulting a palm reader.

Now the poster on KFFL, iggles_fan or something like that, has apologized for posting. He said it was based on something unsubstantiated he read on an Eagles board. The rumor is dead.

Clayton just say Moss has been on the phone all day with Pennington, seeing if chad could get him in a Jets uni, so they could relive the marshall days.

A pat fan over at JI just posted this not sure if it is true because he is kind of a Troll
