Unfortunately, I can not state what I would do to this man if I was fortunate enough to cross paths with him on this board.

Since when did it become ok for a nerd sports writer to encourage purposefully injuring someone? I'd be willing to bet this writer is NOT in Arizona covering the SB. He'd need body-guards.

I read the article differently. I didn't think he was encouraging anything. He was speculating.

Also, I think that the Pats LOVE playing against the other team's best players and purposely DON'T try to hurt them. That way the other team and the other team's fans don't have an excuse as to why they lost.
Well this could just be a case of semantics, but I believe all football players "try" to hurt other players. And that's perfectly legal before the whistle. I'm not saying they sit around and devise cheap shots to implore during the game, but I think every players goal is to out-physical and hurt the other players, that doesn't mean they'll derive pleasure from sidelining someone on a personal level. But if you deliver a clean shot to the extremities of a star player who is injured and they leave the game, of course you'd be thrilled with that scenario and so would your coaching staff.

Stay classy NY Media, Stay classy

Anyone rolls, or goes low on Brady on purpose will find themselves, likewise equally if not more severely injured by Mankins & Co on the very next play, and they know it. It won't happen. Never mind, they might be suspended and lose up to a year if its aggregious enough.

So far, no Giants player has hinted, in any way, that he will go out to maim the guy. The defense is taking the high-elevation road. Michael Strahan says the Giants' line must pressure the quarterback, move him around and rattle him. He doesn't say the rushers should perform an ankle-ectomy.

Maybe not Strahan.
But Usi does.

It won't be elevating or enjoyable, but
writer Filip [sic] Bondy at least should read his own rag.

Umenyuira (sp) was the talk of the town there when he calmly ... smilingly ... said that
"there is nothing we won't do to win" - including
"biting Brady's ankle!"

'Member that?

You can't maim what you can't touch.
