says that if they didnt tape the signals on the first game they may be 14-1 and no one will be talking. Says last yr in the playoffs with the jets it was a close game until the 4th quarter when the pats pulled away. mangini knew something happened and caught BB in the first game . And he prefaced it by saying "i dont want to get personal"
watching it i was thinking "wow" ...his former coach said the pats didnt do anything in the superbowl and here is is still bitter.

Re: Marshall faulk is going nuts

Marshall Faulk is an idiot. What else is new? :)

Bryant Gumbel says intelligent stuff, Marshall Faulk is an idiot

bryant: "i dont think any sane human being can say this (season) was crafted
on the strength of that cheating. i dont believe they can, and beyond that its
useless. anybody who didnt change their signals after that is a dummy and
deserves to be beaten."

i gotta say, if bryant said that all by himself without a writer, he might just be
coming around:) . on the other hand, he probably will say some pretty dumb sht next hour.

and in the same conversation, marshall faulk said that we deserve an asterisk..

poor bastard is still bitter that we whooped him in 01

Re: Marshall Faulk is going nuts

luckily everyone on the set actually has a brain and they all called him on it

Re: bryant gumbel says intelligent stuff, marshall faulk is an idiot

If you look at a definiton of bitterness you will see a picture of Marshall faulk, what a A>>

Re: Marshall Faulk is going nuts

It will be news when Faulk says something positive about the Patriots.

Him, Rod Woodson, and Rich Eisen comparing the Pats and Colts offensive players was one of the funniest things of the season; when the host and your fellow analyst are looking at you like you're an idiot, you're probably an idiot.

Somebody will retire this year and take his place. And it will be so long see ya later to Faulk. He's SO dumb its to obvious even to the general public.

Yes, there is something about his face that bothers me. It's too round or something and he has prissy lips

I think Faulk helped the cause more than anything anyone else said.

Collinsworth was his usual backhanded slap self, but if anyone was left on the fence whether spygate affects the year, Faulk put it to rest. Putting him on to be the idiot had to be deliberate. NFLN loves us.

That said, this is way too much hype for this game.

Yep, he looks like he's making kissyfaces at me all the time.

I keep waiting for that big pumpkin head of his to pop.

Another idiot ex-player speaking about things his coaching staff did as well.

it's amazing that a lot of ex-players are more outraged than ex coaches (don shula excluded)

it's because he has a smile like the joker

Or, a smile that says, "Yeah, if I was still in charge in Uganda, I'd have eaten your family"

At least Amin was consistent. Faulk is all over the place.
