I really do.
The interview with him on the golf course was frickin' hilarious. When he was talking about "don't talk to me when you are in my town" and then when he went on to say that he only wants to be bothered when they are moving in next door and taking their wives out to the prom.

Then last night was funny stuff too. On the pregame show they had the normal espn morons but then they had Griese and Morris and just the way this guy looked and acted and smiled when they were letting him talk was entertaining.
and how he brought up that they were undefeated but still underdogs in the Superbowl.

This guy is definitely hilarious.

edit: oh yeah he just looks funny too...

The guy is a complete moron. You can clearly tell that this streak that the Pats are on, has him totally on edge. Whats funny to me is how he is completely trying to downplay the significance of the Pats current winning streak.

The guy is a complete loser. The suit that he had on last night on ESPN looked like he got it off some guy on the street.

i'll vouch for that, keeger-dude.

sorry i missed the morris bit last night...:D

Keegs I share you sense of humor, he is funny.

Like a crackhead hallucinating at the bus stop and doing karate kicks funny.

I think Mercury has a real future on bum fights.

yeah he's one of those arrogant guys that actually amusing you.

Like when they showed all the guys standing up on the fake football field on the pregame show... the look on his face was priceless. Like "of course they are going to ask me what i think, i'm mercury morris"...
haha with his crappy suit, funny voice, and stupid haircut.

I think he is funny as well. Too many Pats fans take the guy seriously. He's trying to have fun with this but he's so over the top that people think he's serious.

Jeezuz, pardon us normal people for not dressing to kill. I didn't know that in order to cool in the NFL you had to compete with the millionaires.

He looked like George Clinton's agent..... only thing missing was a bottle of Patron. Heh...

"we got the funk...."

Mercury Morris: An example of why money should go to the retired players. The guy need get that head of his checked out. Funny? I think he is annoying with his bitterness toward any team going undefeated. But what can I say, if I was questioned every season when a team went 5-0, 7-0 or 12-0, then I might have a freak out while wearing a bad suit too.

Did mercury morris even have a significant role on that '72 dolphins' team??

I heard today that he ran for exactly 1000 yards, but I'm not sure.

I completely agree. I just laugh at this guy.

There is a commercial for some men's hair club that I hear on ESPN Radio every morning and wouldn't you know they mention Mercury Morris as one of their customers (along with Wade Boggs).

This guy's legend just grows every minute.

Watching him rapping was pretty funny. Gotta hand it to that old goat. He sure knows how to self promote.

What's even funnier is that how he changed his tune from 'Come back to me when they actually do it' to 'Even if they do it, we are the first and Pats are the second' crap. I'm not exactly sure what ESPN was trying to achieve putting on that senile old man but I guess I did get good chuckle out of his expense.

He was their Kevin Faulk - the change-up runner who rotated with Czonka and Kick. They had a dynamite running game. If a team found a way to stop Morris they'd just haul out Czonka and bludgeon them with the battering ram. Kick also contributed a lot. They had three very good running backs.

Czonka hauled people down the field on his back and Morris could be untouchable, so they really could do a lot of different things.

The guy is funny as hell. If I where an espn producer, I would try to get Morris to drink before he went on the air.

The results would be outstanding.

I thought it was funny how he said that Miami was the only one that could do it. Even if the Patriots win more games than them. They were the first, so they are the only one that can do it.

I so hope the patriots pull it off. It would be the most fun off season listening to the senile dolphins.
