reported from the game . One of the interesting things he said that BB was really mad at the LB's and was watching him during the willie andrews kickoff that BB was really on his defense.
Later vrabel or someone told him that BB was sarcastically asking his LB's to tell them before hand how many times they will miss tackles so he knows..

bb should be mad. i sure as hell worse. we havent tackled any RBs in 5weeks :\

I heard that too. He needs to keep on them. The SB doesn't have our name on it yet.
Lombardi was the same way!

This cannot be correct. According to the homers on the board, the Patriots D stopped the Dolphins while the game was still in doubt. Why the hell would BB be mad at his LBs if they were doing such a steller job.

dont say that , you will be called out as spoilt instead of a fan wanting to see improvements

That doesn't sound to me like he was mad - he was coaching them up. He has a dry wit and he puts it back on them like adults. That said, I'm sure he understands what was happening although many in the fan base can't seem to grasp it. He's never gonna say eh, it was hot we were up and they got sloppy, who ares - even though he knows that is what it is. Instead he will use that remind them they aren't nearly as good as they think they are, and if they doubt him he has film to prove it! He probably has film of future opponents closing the gap late as well. He'll make it into a feature film by January and show it throughout the playoffs.

What the idiots don't seem to understand is we all know that this was not in the gameplan obviously. Who the hell would be HAPPY about it. But there is a huge difference between being happy about it and thinking we are DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMED because of it.

Yeah, it's not because BB is a perfectionist, or the defense had a few lapses. We'll just ignore the results, only 7 points allowed in the half. So stupid.

You don't know PF - he's neither. He's not even a misguided hysteric. He's a resident troll who only posts here when he thinks he's got an opening to rip on someone or something involved with this team. His best rip was on Brady who he'd just as soon swap for a real winner like Bulger.

iam only agreeing to the fact that the D needs improvement.Doesnt matter what other posters think. All of us are entitled to our opinions. We all want the team to improve. its just sad that pointing out potential flaws makes you get called out as a moron by fellow fans.

I've got to give it to you. You have an excuse for EVERYTHING. They aren't plausible or logical, but i'll give you points for trying and being amusing.

Serious question - are you a Bush supporter? I ask only because you have the Bush supporter's trait of ignoring reality and finding an excuse for everything. Let me know if my impression is correct.

"few lapses"? I belive the 80 yard touchdown consisted of 9 plays so I guess there were 9 "lapses" which is quite more than "a few".

Yeah, just like you ignore the FACTS that the Miami offense is atrocious and still ran and threw the ball at will and had they had an AVERAGE offense would have hung 28 on the Pats in the first half. Keep ignoring the facts, and look only at the results, right until we lose a playoff game because of our defense missing tackles, failing to get off blocks and leaving recivers wide open.

It's not the "pointing out" that makes people think you're a dolt, it's the way the Chicken Little threads are written and the "We're doomed" garbage that ensues that warrants the "moron" word.

Like this.

Um, let's see. Wilfork, Warren, Green, Seau, Bruschi, AD, Colvin and V rabel and Harrison versus one of the worst offensive teams in the league. They were run on?

Have any of you heard of the rope-a-dope?

That's what's happening here.

We're sucking someone into the idea that they can run against us.

for the record i didnt call us doomed.

Or you will be called a jets fan. Dont even think about questioning Maroneys durability. Everyone knows maroney is just sitting because we dont need him.

Jets are behind, dude.

Shouldn't you be cheering for them?

While I agree with you on most parts about Maroney's durability issue, I did think we were doing fine today without him. Hell, I can seriously see us not needing a bona fide RB for the rest of this season if Brady keeps this up.

We need a running game when the weather gets cold. That a fact bro. The run sets up the pass. It kills the clock.

You must still be working on my challenge to find a single negative post I made about the pats as a whole aside from maroney jackson's durability.

Keep on making things up, just make you look insecure.
