Do you have faith in Jacoby Brissett winning us at least one of the next 2 games?

Texans are not explosive on offense and we can run the ball against them. Get Jacoby on the edge and he can make a enough plays to win. Should be a 16-13 type game one way or the other

Who's healthy enough to play interior OL? Thuney and who else?

It seems improbable that Jacoby B would win two games. But, this whole season has been improbable to date.

Brissett looked like a solid player in the preseason, and the coaching staff will put him in the best position to be successful. We'll see what happens, but I'm in the we'll win category.

Yes, best chance is vs the Texans. Houston doesnt score that many points. 42 points in 2 games with only 2 TDs and the rest FGs. I think that Brisset can keep up and pick his spots. Houstons defense really doesnt know what to expect playing him.

I watched the KC vs Houston game today between breaks in the Miami vs NE game and watched a sputtering Texans offense face off vs a mediocre Chiefs defense. The Texans dont look a whole lot different from last season to me. Oswieller only threw 1 TD and didnt look so hot.

Buffalo is @ Arizona next. Unless a miracle happens the Cardinals should win making the Bills 0 - 3 heading into Foxboro. NE is Rexs Super Bowl and if the Bills go 0 - 4 the playoffs are out of the question and Rex is sent packing.

The Bills will be the tougher game IMO.

I think with some time to prepare they will get Brissett into some decent plays. If he can do what he did today and not over extend himself and most impotently not turn the ball over, they have a shot.

Hightower is huge though, without him it's an uphill battle.

Honestly, if they drop a game I'd rather it be Houston. AFC East wins are what matters this time of year.

Crazy, crazy start. Can't wait for Tom to come back.

I'm confident that we win at least one of these next two. Wouldn't be stunned if we won both. Would be very surprised if we lost both.

I have faith in the team and coaches. I think Brissett can go in there and be decent, but I don't have faith in him to go in there and look as competent and great right away like Garoppolo.

If the D plays like they did the first half of todays game I say 3-1 with us losing to the Texans. 2-2 if they play like the 2nd half today

That, and HT was out. Do you remember what the D was like when he was out last year? They seemed to lose a step.
Hightower and Nink both out, and Collins and Chung both dinged up during the game (although both continued.)

I can't see the Pats beating the Texans without Jimmy G, Andrews, and maybe Gronk. If Gronk and Andrews are back, they might have a chance. But I really can't see Brissett beating a great defense, I think he will be on the ground a lot, unfortunately. I think he can beat the Bills, but who knows, they may be extremely desperate at that point. Need Gronk and Andrews back asap.

He's the QB of that defense. So absolutely correct.

It's a tough call. A good majority put the Arizona win as a loss and they found a way.

JB didn't do anything bad in the 2nd half, he looked ok in there with some good scrambles and some decent pocket awareness. Like others have said, they are going to put this kid in a position to make plays and if LB can keep running the ball the way he has I think they got a good shot.

Would be nice to see some players return healthy as well. Want to see what the running game can do with Gronkowski in there. Makes the running game less predictable and can disguise two Te passing plays with options for better play action.

Having Hightower back would give us more confidence stopping Miller. Hopkins and Fuller are no joke though. Secondary will have to really step it up.

If they lose one it will the the Houston game.

In a weird way, Jimmy actually did just enough to get the team through this **** show before it's handed back to Brady.

In my book, the guy can stay here and do Dunk'n Donuts commercials forevahh.

I think they can go 1-1. That is enough to keep this season on track.

Sure! Why not?!? Thrown in against the Phish on the fly and a short week to cram for the Texans on thursday.... what's the big deal? 4-0 handit off to the GOAT and away we go......... piece of pie, slice of cake
