Bob Kraft releases statement

Through this entire process Bum Kisser Bob Kraft has not criticized Goodell by name in any degree in any of his statements.

It will only be a matter of time before the media catches a picture of Kraft & Goodell, hugging, laughing, sharing an icecream, or holding hands together.

I will never give Kraft one iota of respect until I hear him say anything unflattering about Goodell.

**** you kraft!!!

you sold brady out in order to continue being invited to arthur blanks exclusive vip parties!!!

gutless bastard!

why is tom thanking kraft in his letter to the fans??? hey tom, kraft has NEVER had your back. sometimes i wonder what world brady lives in with his ****y attitude. he should fire all of his advisers..

"Hey Roger, I'm going to throw out a statement. Don't take it personally. I just need to sell some Jerseys and ensure I can walk around the stadium without getting booed too much. HAHA"

"PS. See you at our next Hug-a-thon."

Way to kick his ass Bob!

No need to show old pictures when there are new ones as of last week. Is Kraft too senile to realize that photos of him shmoozing with Goodell are toxic to his fan base or he really doesn't at all about his team or its fans. Time for him to just go away and let Jonathan take over.

As an owner he also benefits from the Dictator's absolute power. I hope he compensates Brady really well after his retirement because indirectly he has helped taint his legacy in the eyes of many non-Pats fans. As a fan I am never going to buy any more NFL licensed gear...my way of protesting. The NFL should also lose its Antitrust exemption and pay tax on its income, unfortunately that is the only way to do so. Perhaps that will have an effect on the rest of the owners.

This entire witch hunt is such ********. The Pats will rally around this unjust fairy tail like never before. Give the sorry assed inferior opponents and coaches their 4 game handicap. Pats are rolling this year, all the way. Again. I watched the 2014 AFC championship game again. The Patriots mangled those useless Colts. Sour ****ing grapes at its best man.

Next the only solution Adolf Goodell will have to give the inferiors a shot and promote parody is to come up with another ******** equipment or ball violation, but this time the penalty will be automatic loss of 8 games.

As for Kraft - I have no words for him. That statement is a political failure designed to win back the fans but ultimately coming up short when you weigh the true unjust. And don't forget, the Pats still owe former Jets executive Goodell a forth round pick. All for what is ultimately on par with an equipment violation. You can't make this **** up.

I am just waiting for "aside from this, he is doing a good job" comment from Bob about his buddy Goodell followed by a hug. I wonder if Bob voted for the $33 Million salary for the POS.

It's like Bob Kraft is Mary Todd Lincoln playing out the joke.

"The seating was spectacular, and the performance was top-notch. I vehemently opposed and disagree with the actions taken by one of the actors last night, which has led to some trying times. But it was a great time and I'm looking forward to my next visit."

I sure hope Mr. Goodell doesn't encounter any shenanigans this summer while vacationing in Maine!

Bob is all talk and no actions. I hope fans boycott his concession stands and merchandise store while Brady is serving his suspension.

I've been a Kraft critic and hated it when he caved in and I hate it every time he smoozes with that slimeball Goodell.

Maybe I'm too much of a softie, but I'll accept him at his word that it was a huge mistake on his part to cave, and that he fully supports Tom. Dislike my post all you want. Maybe I'm just tired of hating on anyone but the NFL office and ISIS.

IMO it is a well-written statement.

Better would have included a shot at Goodell by name, but I can only hope that behind the scenes he will strive for ousting that scum.

"While I was disappointed with the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals' decision not to rehear Tom Brady’s case, I am most frustrated that Tom was denied his right to a fair and impartial process. The League's investigation into a football pressure matter was flawed and biased from the start, and has been discredited nearly unanimously by accredited academics and scientists.

"The penalty imposed by the NFL was unprecedented, unjust and unreasonable, especially given that no empirical or direct evidence of any kind showed Tom did anything to violate League rules prior to, during or after the 2015 AFC Championship Game. What Tom has had to endure throughout this 18-month ordeal has been, in my opinion, as far removed from due process as you could ever expect in this country.

"From day one, I have believed in Tom and given him my unwavering support in his pursuit to rightfully clear his name of any wrongdoing. That support extends throughout our organization and has only grown more steadfast as the preponderance of scientific evidence has exonerated Tom. Unfortunately, this stopped being about air pressure a long time ago.

"This entire process has indelibly taken a toll on our organization, our fans and most importantly, Tom Brady. His reluctant decision to stop pursuing further action and to put this situation behind him is what he feels is best for the team in preparation for this season and is fully supported by me and our entire organization.

"To our devoted fans, your unwavering support for Tom and our organization have only reinforced our longstanding belief that we have the greatest fans in all of sports. We will continue to unequivocally support Tom and know our fans will rally around him and the rest of the team like never before. Our full focus now is on making the upcoming season a memorable one for all of our fans."

Anyone seeing him stop for gas (or better yet a red light, where there is no air pump nearby) should get three friends together real quick and show him what a REAL DEFLATEGATE is (on his tires).

Exactly where in that "full text" did he say he made a mistake caving?

Saying that off the cuff and not in the middle of the statement, likely just to local media means that it isn't really that important to him and won't get any national play.

I hope the Pats win the Super Bowl and walk quietly off the field, leaving Kraft and Goodell to share another special moment by themselves - this time in front of 1 billion people. Lacking that, let the rest of the players and coaches celebrate while I hope Tom walks away and gives the Commish the respect he deserves.

I want to agree with your post, but my problem is how he has remained steadfastly chummy with Goodell over the past 18 months. Even after Goodell's lies and betrayal, they sure don't miss an opportunity to pat each other on the back in full view of the media.
