Court denies Brady a re-hearing!!!

You might want to reread that post. The chance is nowhere near 0% if they lose the first 4 games. I'll give you this, you are entertaining.
When has a team ever started 0-4 and won the Super Bowl? When have the Patriots ever won the Super Bowl without a first round bye?

It's 0% they start 0-4 and win the Super Bowl. Your suggestion is a moronic one.

Exactly. It's hilarious how ignorant and short sighted some people in this forum are to think that if the Patriots forfeited, then all we get is 4 2-0 losses and everyone goes on their merry ways.

Don't call anybody ignorant for having an opinion!!

I am not calling anyone ignorant for having an opinion, I am calling some people ignorant for not realizing the actual, real-world consequences of what would really happen if an NFL team forfeited 4 games.

Not to mention the moronic idea that Brady coming back in October to an 0-4 team is something that he would want.

That's his MO. He does it so much, to so many reasonable suggestions that I take it as a compliment at this point... not that my suggestion is particularly reasonable. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

Not sure why people think he is missing the first 4 games.

Has 90 days to file with the Supreme Court, which he likely will be granted a stay and they probably wont rule to accept or reject it until 2017

Alot of what I am seeing in the news and over the twitter field is he has a slim chance. Ginsberg is the one the appeal goes to.

I wouldn't want them to forfeit all 4, but have to say I wouldn't mind them waiting until game time for the prime time Arizona game and refusing to come out, not give the league enough time to switch to a replacement game.

No one said Brady would want that. Would you kindly stop putting words in the mouths of others.

But wouldn't that mean the Pats would have the #1 ranked defense? Only gave up 8 points in four games.

Excellent suggestion.

Another lie. When have I ever called a reasonable suggestion moronic? I call forfeiting the first 4 games moronic, because it is.

The fact that you have to lie only proves how moronic your whole thesis remains.

Ousting Kraft would do nothing. His son could take over.

Not so sure. They could take the team away from Kraft and then would have to approve the next owner.

I have been told by a reasonably intelligent legal person that the hiring of Ted Olson was done with the expectation by the Brady/NFLPA legal team that this denial was a reasonable given and that the assumption was that it going to the SC anyway

Meh...saw it coming to be honest. Hard to feel gutted over it after a year and a half of this BS.

Ummm....no.....they can't take the team away from him
