Court denies Brady a re-hearing!!!

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Everything in this whole deflategate saga was about one thing and one thing only:

$.

By painting the Patriots as an even greater "evil" villain. Ratings will only continue to go up. All this is for the NFL is a storyline to make things more interesting. They don't care if they're deeply affecting those involved like Brady. They are getting what they wanted out of this. They've accomplished it.

see everyone on week 5.

Also looking forward to the strike thats going to last forever once this cba is up.

I am with you. No pats games for me until #12 is the starting QB.

Thats silly.

The right thing to do is watch Pats games and not any of the others.

Brady gets screwed by the league and you deny yourself to root for the team and get some entertainment value in the process?

If they go 4-0 it will be so sweet.

If Jimmy plays well in the first game and the Pats win, he'll run the table before handing the reins back to Brady, as NFL* heads explode.

Pats will lose the opener to the Cardinals, but 3-0 against those other teams is possible. Maybe Jimmy G will screw up tho. I'll live with 2-2.

1-3 or worse... my hopes of him being Brady's successor would be really diminished unless he plays really good in those games

That's silly.

Brady and the team get screwed by the league and you keep pumping money into the league coffers?

I will always be on Bradys side, no matter what, just like Apollo's trainer said to Rocky..."No matter what".

Dream on. Players will fold like they always do :(

This whole deflategate fiasco was instructive to me in the same way that watching Serpico was regarding big city police departments.

I will never look at the NFL* the same way again.

It didn't though. It sets a new legal precedent. So, now what was unfair under the law is now fair. Unless the Supreme Court overturns it or someone else challenges it.

Similar to how you think you're posting a well thought out point but in reality it's just a bunch bull sh!t.

I know what I will say will be perceived as blashphemous by some (and I have feel dirty for mentionning it), but what if Jimmy runs the table while looking GREAT doing it? Do we go back to Tom or turn the team over to him full time?

I probably would go back to Tom, but would BB? I mean, BB knows when to move on. Brady is the GOAT and he will always be my biggest hero, b ut still

The consequences are a lot more broad than article 146. The precedent this case sets makes things like notice, impartial arbitration and a fair process almost meaningless. The Law of Shop has become the Law of ****.

the consequences are not as broad as you say......this is one case, it is not going to set a precedence for GM to start throwing out employees because they farted in the parking lot

I know the appeals were more about Arbitration law, but I can't help but feel this is like a Prosecutor appealing innocent verdicts until a guilty one sticks.

********.
