Court denies Brady a re-hearing!!!

So what reason did they give for denying?

What was there to disagree about in my last post? Where was I wrong?

Does Brady not have to win 5 justices to win?
Can the NFL not win with a split decision?
Is this not an off the field distraction?

What is there to disagree with?

no surprise, was hoping for the best but expecting the worst.
nothing has gone our way during this fiasco. tom's going to have sit 4 games for something that never took place. that has to drive him insane every single day.

thanks bob kraft. gutless scumbag

But in this case it was two rich people fighting each other.

Sure. But it was still a "worker" against a "corporation". And, of course, the corporation won.

What it means, in the grand scheme of things, is that bosses are able to move the goal posts and suspend/fire employees at their own will (I am oversimplifying for effect).

It doesn't matter that Tom Brady is a rich employee, he is still an employee and all employees' rights are affected by this decision. Unions around the country are probably pissed.

That's ******** and you know it.

Court proceedings and outcomes can and are wrong all the time. People are human. Despite best position, we're fickle, fallible folk who pretend otherwise.

fans of teams can be wrong too.......the players agreed to the discretion that goodell has.......whether you agree with it or not

BTW, sorry Cleveland. Hope you enjoy your championship. Your Browns are about to lose by 80.
