Transport to Gillette Stadium + Tailgate questions

We are two patriotsfans from Sweden that are going to our first Patriotsgame at the 18 september vs Dolphins.

We have some questions that we will be very happy if somebody could help us with.

* Transport to Gillette Stadium from Downtown Boston. We can find three solutions:
-Rent a Car = Not a good solution for us, a lot of work.
-Take the Patriots train = Arrive 30 minutes before the game. As this is our first visit and we come from far away we would really like some seightseeing and some tailgating so we want to arrive earlier.
-Rallybus.net = Bus that arrives at 10am (three hours before the game). This seems as the best solution for us but have any of you tried Rallybus? Cant find any reviews from Boston.
-Any other solution?

* Tailgating
Like I said we are two Patriots Fans from Sweden and we dont anybody in the US. Is it easy to find some people to tailgate with or are we going to tailgate all alone?

If we take the bus it departs from Boston at 8.40AM and arrive at Gillette at 10AM.
Does that seems as a correct arrivetime? Is the traffic really bad as early as 10AM or should we be fine?

If we arrive at 10AM, is 2-2,5 hours enough for a good tailgate?

I checked on TaxiFareFinder - Estimate Your Taxi Cab Fare, Cost & Rates and the cost single way with a cab is about 100 dollars.
100 dollars + 30 dollars with the train is about 130 dollar for us two.
Do you think it would be cheaper going by Uber?

The Rallybus.net is 80 dollars a total.

To rent a car cost 80 dollars, then there is gas and parking. How much is the parking?

I think we are choosing between taxi+train or Rallybus. If Rallybus is correct we arrive at 10AM with them. We have to deside if it is worth 50 dollars extra to get there 1-2 hours earlier then that.

Rallybus depart from South Station 08.40AM. Is it likely that we arrive at 10AM considering traffic and so on?

The last solution is that we maybe have a nice patsfan here that can offer us a ride, we promise good stories and to learn some Swedish on the way

After the game you can go back to Patriot Place, hang out and enjoy the atmosphere for an hour or two without worrying about rushing to catch the train, etc., etc.

Another solution I came to think of as to take a morning train from Boston South Station to the stop that is closest to Gillette Stadium and then take a walk. Which trainstop that you can go to on regular basis (not the Pats-train etc) is the closest to Gillette Stadium? We have no problem walking for like 30 minutes to get to the stadium. Would be great to know and then check googlemaps about the walk.
