The whole idea of the "Espys" is the lamest and most anti-sport thing in the world. The primary appeal of sports is that it's not up to someone else randomly deciding things, you prove it on the field.

(I realize the NFL--the league--contradicts that, but you know what I mean.)

We should all just face it..he will be serving the 4 games. Just go 2-2 or 3-1..and all is well.

They'll more than likely get drilled against Arizona if Palmer is healthy. The next three games after that are extremely winnable. I think 2-2 is easily achievable.

With the exception of ruling (Vincent) and Goodell's mockery of an appeal, every time the experts said it is likely to go in one direction, it went the other way.

So keep piling on that Brady has no shot, just makes me feel otherwise .

I really hope Brady doesn't show for that ESPN award if he wins it. He should claim he was busy and then put on Facebook him bored at home because there's nothing good on TV with the ESPN award on the TV as Brady is about to change it.

Palmer strikes me as the kind of poor decision-maker that Belichick defenses feast on. I think we will surprise out there. Don't fall behind early and Jimmy will light up that D.

I only disagree with one part of your scenario. If I were Brady, I wouldn't "claim (I) was busy." Rather, I'd be honest enough to say thank you and I appreciate the award, but in light of the way your network has incorrectly and poorly characterized and described my team and me, I can't in good conscience attend.

What I like about her is that not only does she play a neurobiologist on the show, but she's an actual neurobiologist with a Phd. Plus she's gorgeous without the "Amy" makeup and clothing. She's my favorite character on that series because I am fascinated how she can go from a real life Phd nerd to a characterized nerd and do it so seamlessly. Apparently, she's a very nice and generous person in real life, unlike some of the folks I've worked with in my past on film, TV and Theater sets.

I agree with you that I envision the opener being much more competitive than people seem to think. I believe there is a decent shot of going on the road and pulling off the upset. The key will be trying to not fall behind early on.
