Chris Simms: Tom Brady '100 percent' deserves to be suspended

"“Yes, of course he deserves to be suspended for this,” Simms said of Brady’s alleged role in Deflategate. “He took the integrity of the game into his own hands."

"But it does give you a competitive advantage."

"If there weren’t advantages and it wasn’t a big deal, then why didn’t you just pump the footballs up to 13.5 and be, ‘Oh, I’m not worried about it’? He had every ball, they said before the game started, at 12.5,” Simms said. “Now I know everyone wants to claim the weather and that whole theory and all that crap, right? That’s a bunch of crap.”"

Clearly Simms knows more about science than the numerous different guys with PhDs and Doctorates in Physics and Physical Science that have spoken to the contrary..

On the plus side, seems only NE area media are reporting his comments.

I didn't do an exhaustive search, but a quick Google only returns results from the NE area.

Everyone else couldn't care less.

NE media should just ignore it too.

Im more concerned that Simms thinks he knows more about football than most ....

We really need to stop giving out clicks for garbage. Read Curran and Reiss' stuff instead. You know, actual journalist who try to maintain some level of dignity.

He called it "Murphy's gas law".

I guess this is what happens when you have your spleen removed, you are no longer able to function in normal society??

To paraphrase Tupac, "Picture Me Trollin"

I'm surprised he was able to talk that well with Goodell's hand up his sphincter.

i.e. Puppet for the NFL*

You mean that Chris is Icarus and his dad the Sun? :D

I must have had a hateful day and feeling snarky. Plus, what has Chris Simms ever done to think he can comment on an NFL player like Brady.

Why would they do that? It's good business to troll Patsfans like this. It's always being posted on this board. More clicks, more ratings! Makes good business sense to me!
