Messi is a great player. Don't know what happens in these finals representing his nation. I think this is the 3rd time they lose with Messi.

Of course he is great ... but like Manning his legend is limited by these losses.
Missing the net is a bad look ... Roberto Baggio's legend took a big hit when he missed in the '94 World Cup.

But seriously, I have a friend Andre whose got a rotten mouth, he jinx everything, GSW 3x1 Andre "GSW got this, I told you GSW would be champs again". Today same thing. There are hundreds examples, never seen something like that. Good thing he's not much into football.

Congrats to chile. In the back of my mind i knew they had tbe advantage in the penalties. When will Argentina win a final? They have been chokers. I couldn't believe some of the shanks by argentina in this game.

That Higuain miss was brutal. Higuain has had horrible misses the past two finals including the 2014 World Cup vs Germany
