Peyton's losing a solid part of his OL

dont speak that way about your father .he didnt have much to work with.

i thought the colts shouldn't have given up their first round pick next year to get ugoh, but now it doesn't look so bad.

I am sure the Colts were aware of what was going on. The lines of communication are very open and the players are never afraid to go to Dungy and talk about their future.
I am sure the Colts knew he was comtemplating it although I am not sure they knew if it was going to be this season or next.

ugoh is more of a guard at the next level not a tackle. JMO.

I think I read somewhere that they may move the RT to LT, the 6th round pick from last year to RT and Ugoh will be a Guard as a Pro. Sorry for the lack of names and source.
