Once this is over, I'd really like to hear from Jastremski and McNally. Obviously, the organization and lawyers don't want them talking publicly about it now as they don't want them to put their foot in their mouth. Brady doesn't even talk about it freely.

these two have the best chance at a defamation suit against the NFL. I dont think Brady wants to be opened up to discovery

I'm sure the NYJFL* covered that by reinstating them with the condition they couldn't file a defamation suit against the NYJFL*

Wait so Breuer met some guy who claimed he was Jastremski, and this guy just randomly mentioned he was Jastremski so he could ***** about deflategate but not really say anything at all. Color me skeptical.

Yeah, the timeline doesn't totally mesh up. This was back in January/February 2015 per Breuer, and Jastremski was there because he was in hiding over being hunted down by people in New England. But 1) wasn't he working on the Super Bowl at that time? 2) wasn't his name first made public in May 2015 once the Wells Report was released?

Not necessarily saying this didn't happen and/or the guy isn't Jastremski, but that is certainly a possibility. Another possibility is that Breuer is misremembering the timeline or the explanation given to him. Another possibility is that there are more crazy stalkers than I thought and people were able to figure out who Jastremski was and his address before the Wells Report was released and this is entirely true.

I'm guessing he signed an agreement when he was fired that he wouldn't talk openly about it in exchange for a severence.

He probably didn't get much of a severence cause Kraft probably told him 'dont worry, we'll clear your name' and so he's probably pissed off that his name is publicly dragged thru the mud, that Tom is publicly dragged, and he can't do anything about it because he's afraid if he does talk, the NFL will sue him into bankruptcy for breaking the promise.

That is the only explanation as to how a person like a ball boy would be unreachable.

To be fair I can't find a Jan/Feb 2015. It's November 2015 so far as I can tell. He's stretching the truth quite a bit if he's telling it at all.

I just got back from a late lunch with a friend who had Felger and Mazz on in his car. Naturally, those clowns are playing this up.

How drunk/high is Jim Breuer? Also, I don't believe Jastremski is walking up to people and saying I'm the deflategate guy.

Jastremski still works for the Patriots organization. He was reinstated in September. Also Jastremski wasn't a ball boy he was an equipment manager. McNally is the one that was the ball boy

Just an FYI the last time Jim Breuer had any relevancy was when he said one of the members of AC/DC got kicked out of the band...

Which turned out to be 100% false.

Some people will do almost anything to be relevant again.
