I don't think it has as much to do with groupthink as much as the fact that we have a lot of dumb homers on this forum that will jump at the slightest intimation of anti-patriotism. Very similar to how conservatives like to bring up the liberal media, Obama and the degradation of the country in topics that have asolutely nothing to do with politics. Both speak to the mindset of whiny, easily intimidated man children.

Because I think this site is much more than that. Kontra has been a great poster on the board. I don't always agree with him but I respect his opinions. How long have we all been talking football together? I would like to think a lot of us mean more to each other than words on a screen at this point.

It seems? it seems? I fecking hate apologies like this. Your intentions are to apologies, so don't use some evasive words in your apology. 'seems' connotes an element of doubt even with national collaboration. The rest of the sentence is fine, the 'it seems' is still an affront to the OP.
Anyone who called the OP a troll, advocated for a ban and questioned his integrity or mental faculty should just apologize without rationalizing what they did. If a blind squirrel finds a nut, he still has a nut. Does not matter how many times he has failed.

Kudos to @Christian for pointing this out. Historically there were no reasons to doubt the post, which was why it wasn't removed after I saw the thread Saturday when it was initially posted. I put a little faith into the fact it might have held some credence and sure enough, he beat everyone. Well done

Not sure where the idea that Boumce is mediocre came from (not saying you sai it just not reading the entire thread) but the one in Flatiron has some of the best looking waitresses in NYC. The one on the Upper East side I could understand. Also trying to remember what game was on Sunday at 5 but unless it was something big I could see it being near empty so not shocking no one got a pic. Heck I'm a Pats fan and might have said hello but probably not tried to sneak a picture. Hell I saw Brady coming out of his lawyers office at the height of DFG and didn't really even slow down much.
