They should just accept their punishment and move on.Won't happen, but what if that restaurant was brought to court and the judge ruled the restaurant "has very broad authority" (without violating Title VII) to deny whoever they want?

Not sure that's really comparble. Roger is getting da boot for his personality not for his race, religion, or sexual preference.Wasn't there a case about a christian/catholic or something people refusing to sell a service or product to a gay/lesbian couple? Who won that? That could factor into whether it'll work?
With that being said, has Goodell ever ate there before? That is the real question!

I think so....granted, it always depends on who is interpreting the law.You can do that? Just because you don't like a person who hasn't stirred up any trouble at the restaurant? That's what I'm wondering. Is it legal to do that?

Some of this? It's even gluten free.in other news, I, Joe "Paul Prudhomme" Kerr, am set to open an Italian eatery in Foxboro named Bruno Tattaglia's Piano Wire Grille. I want to welcome Roger Goodell, Mike Kensil, Jeff Pash and all the employees of NFL offices. Stop in and try one of our eye popping specials....
