Love to see the Pat's grab....

Keith Marshall, RB, Georgia, he entered UGA with Gurley and was just as good, lost two seasons to injury, has great speed and size.

Scooby Wright, LB, Arizona, Just makes plays

Baby Gronk, just too much fun to pass. Can play both TE and FB

Jayron Kearse, S, Clemson a 6'4" safety! Nephew of the freak

Ian Seau, OLB, Nevada, nephew of Jr., worth a shot

So their "trade ammunition" is a mid-6th, low-6th, and two low-7th's. Not a whole lot to be able to trade into the 5th with, really. Would the two 6th's packaged together be enough to move up into the middle 5th?

It would be great if a 5th only cost a 6th and a 7th.

196 & 204 get you to the top of the 6th (169) by the trade chart.

my day 3 binkies:

J Will
Stephen Anderson
Kalan Reed
Frankie Williams
Kevin Peterson

Also like Chris Swain, Navy FB, Hassan Ridgeway and Jerrell Adams, S Carolina TE.

I bet BB gets just a much of a chubby from Navy players as he does when Linda wears a see-thru nighty

Shoot the guy has a navy sweatshirt on. Can BB be even more obvious about keenan reynolds?

Reynolds has some serious talents and will probably make a great slot WR, he is basically Edelman. The inky issue I have is the Navy, Reynolds needs time to develop and his naval commitments might hinder that. It already looks like the Navy is going to pull Cardina back and he may not be able to play this year.

Some decent WRs available today that haven't really been mentioned in this thread yet:

Charone Peake
Malcolm Mitchell
Keyarris Garrett
Kolby Listenbee
Rashard Higgins
Pharoh Cooper
Daniel Braverman
Kenny Lawler
Ricardo Louis
Devon Cajuste
Devin Lucien

and more.

Where did you see that the Navy is going to pull Cardona? The only reason they signed a LS is becsause Cardona still has to put in full time until August, I believe, and because they usually have more than 1 kicker and 1 punter in camp just to keep legs fresh.

Victor Ochi.

Why is Rapaport claiming he knows for a fact Pats take Jaylon Smith if Cowboys don't? I don't believe any Patriots rumor from the media. Nobody is leaking that kind of info and the Patriots don't care enough to deny the rumors.

I think he's just doing it to mess with Chris2233223's head

Is he saying they would have traded into a high 2nd rd position to get him? Because this was 26 spots ahead of their first pick...might as well add that they would have taken Elliott, Ramsey, or Buckner if they hadn't already been taken too.

I'd like to see them draft Peyton barber. Hard nose rb, lowest stuff rate in sec. Should be in MId 6th.

Seems they over drafted by about a round or two.

Valentine? With ridgeway and Henry on the board. No sense.

Jones is good for a fourth round pick.

Thuney is now the 6th guard on the team? Arms too short for tackle. They could have drafted Shon coleman about there.

Brisset complete waste. Hogan in the 6th better value.

Pats problem is they don't have that many holes on the 53 for players. Most of the 6th rounders are going on the practice squad, I guess.

If they draft another dt for example, he'd be the 5th. Already have 5 de. 10 or 11 OL?

I could see barber, dadi Nicholas as an olb, reed as a cb, anderson as te.

Yup. Only the last 3 picks in the 6th are comp picks.

196 and 204 can be traded. Combined with the 70 points value for 112 it would give them 93 points, enough to get them up to the 101/102 range. So if there is a prospect they love they should have the ammo to go up and get them. They would still have a bunch of picks late so I'm hoping they will go do it.

The late picks really don't give them much to work with in terms of point value, their best use would be to help them jump up to the top of the fourth. As I just said to Manx they get you up to the 101/102 range, so if there is a player they love they have a decent shot at getting them.

I guess I should just be thankful they didn't draft Reynolds with one of their 2nds. Fingers crossed they don't blow the fourth rounder on him.

There are some really good prospects still available. Billings, Cooper, Booker, Dixon........

As I said in another post I don't love their draft so far and probably won't when they are done but they have hit the needs pretty much on the head. So far they have drafted an OL, QB, CB, and DT, and even though they didn't take forum binkies they have addressed need. If they go RB then they will have addressed every real need other than LB, and they can add veteran depth this summer. Once again I will hope for a binky, like Booker or Cooper with their fourth rounder but as a patsfan realize the likelihood of them taking the prospect I want is close to nil.

Guys I'm watching:
RB: Dixon, Howard, Perkins, Booker
WR: Peake, Mitchell, Higgins
OT: Haeg, Murphy, Toner
DT: Ridgeway, Day
LB: Perry

Frankly I just want the Boehringer guy because he'll be fun to root for.

Panthers and Saints only have two picks today. If we are going to trade into the future, look to them as possibilities.
