Now this year you've got Jones who should be able to handle the nickel just fine, and you can let Ryan and Roberts compete for the #2 corner spot, the loser being the #4. Meanwhile, Coleman will be a great reserve. It's a good group.

Check me on this...we all agreed that the Patriots needed a CB, right? And Jones was a clear fit coming from Saban's defense, and a popular prediction on our own board's draft contest. And he's a smidgen bigger than Malcolm Butler.
Why is this safe, mainstream pick that fills a major need and projects to early impact being dismissed as "ridiculous"?
