There is a proposed order in the case but if Judge Oing actually signed an Order it isn't filed yet.

The NFL's insurers sued the NFL for an order saying that the insurers were not liable to provide coverage for the $1 billion+ in costs relating to the concussion litigation. Earlier, the NFL had sued its insurers to require them to provide coverage.

Talking about Bush vs Gore. But, that info is useful too.

It is really sad how far the NFL* has fallen. The league is ostensibly about a physical competition played out under long established rules where the best team wins.

In that vein, on a day that has been historically 2nd only to the Superbowl in popularity for NFL* fans, here we are on a messageboard dedicated to fans of one of the teams in that league, yet most of the discussion is about legalities and lawsuits.
