When Brady Retires, are you done?

This is crazy. I can't believe how many are responding yes to this question. I guess what other fanbases say about most Pats fans only coming on board in 2001 is the truth.

Everyone who says yes to this question: are you telling me if the Pats are Superbowl contenders in 2022 you'll go fishing on Sundays instead? Please.

This to me is proof of how spoiled we've all become. I for one will continue to support this team long after this window closes. It will never be the same (for me the Celtics are a good comparison; there will never be another Bird/McHale/Parrish era, but I'm still watching), but to just turn off your set forever sounds ridiculous to me.

I think you missed the point of this thread, if this had nothing to do with NFL corruption then I would 100% agree. But, this is about the integrity of the game the real integrity of the game.

LOADS of band wagoners...LOADS...

I seriously cannot believe how many are missing the fact that I just no longer enjoy the sport as well as the corrupt fools who run it. You still think it's about winning. GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEAD. It's not. The game itself is not the same as it used to be. It used to be fun to watch. Now that I know what it does to players it isn't the same.

People are exposing themselves as tom Brady fans and not actual patriots fans

And others are exposing themselves as people who obviously don't care what corruption, greed and the sport itself does to the players who give their lives for it, as long as there is a recliner, a flat screen TV and a beer with their name on it.

Do people believe corruption in the NFL is a brand new thing? For those who think so, why are you still watching now? Why have you continued to watch year after year? To see Tom Brady's pretty face? No, you're watching because you believe the Pats still have a chance to win another Lombardi, corrupt league or not.

If the NFL is corrupt and you're still watching, you'll be watching after Brady's gone, especially if the Pats continue to contend.

If the Pats suck and you decide to no longer watch, don't hide behind a bogus "Oh, the NFL is so corrupt now" excuse. Jump off the wagon and move along.

Nope. I love football and love the Patriots. A lot of ******** went on the past 10 years that i think was overblown and unfair. But i don't see myself not being a fan of the team or the game because of it right now.

Goodell will likely not be upped and the NFL no matter how hard it tries can't seem to make me hate or dislike the game. I just am happy one day Roger will be gone and hopefully the NFL will learn its lesson. What we need are better team owners. As much as we have trashed the Kraft family recently for being chicken or weak frankly they are not the problem. A lot of the greedy, stupid, short sighted owners are trying to always get more and more instead of realizing "we are rich and still making a boat load of money... lets leave 5M on the table and make sure the product is as good as it can be instead of pushing for that last 5 million just cause that is the right thing to do".

I agree .. .
The usual child members throwing their dislike/disagree temper tantrums ... predictable like Pavlov's dog.
One of them taking the extreme move of removing old ones so he can give new ones and his % stays low LOL.

Answering the topic. No im not done, i love the Patriots ....

If people here watched soccer they would feel depressed ... LOL

When Brady retires, I am done
