I'm going to skip day one, but I'll watch the rest. Through nefarious means which will be of no benefit to the NFL. Mwahahaha.

I'm like PatsDeb and several other here, I'm not going to watch or even pay attention this year.

This sucks, because it is something I've enjoyed for years and years. I remember watching it in the early '80's on ESPN with Paul Zimmerman saying "I'm shocked!" at every other pick - I actually took the day off from work the day whenever it was that the Pats traded with the 49ers so SF got Jerry Rice. It was always fun for me - nerdy fun for sure, but something I looked forward to a lot.

But now it is finally time to turn my back on this too. Since "Spygate" went down, I've made the decision to really restrict my patronage of the NFL, including the Pats, whom I've been following incessantly since the late 1960s. Since "Deflategate" my unwillingness to pay attention to them outside of game day has gone to the next level. I'm done going to Gillette, buying their merchandise and other crap.

I don't know that I'll ever watch the draft or even pay much attention while it is going on anymore, at least not until they cleanse themselves of the vermin that has infested so much of the league, especially what oozes out of Park Avenue. I know it will make zero difference to them - I'm not at all convinced they would care if not a single person north of Co-op City turned on the draft coverage, or even the game broadcasts. I wish us Pats fans had a grand gesture to get their attention but even if everyone stayed away on Opening Day, Goodell, Pash, Kensil, Vincent, Gardi, and all of them down there would not be perturbed one bit until the TV networks told them its a problem. We are Podunk to them, a bunch of smelly hicks in the sticks and always will be. Just ask the good folks and proven good fans in St. Louis who've had 2 teams jerked away from them now just in my own lifetime.

Just makes me appreciate this forum more and more.

If you learn of the Pats draft picks next Monday morning instead of in real time, will you feel your life suffered?
Having boycotted for the last two years all pre game/post game shows and the NFL Network and ESPN unless the game is only on their airwaves, I am hear to say life has improved, not suffered. So many more fulfilling things to do in life than watch hours of filler.
All you need is PatsFans.com and 3 hours on Sunday…..jettison the rest. JMO.

How am I supposed to boycott the draft when I have already boycotted/cancelled ESPN and the NFL Network? Maybe I should resubscribe, not watch it, and then unsubscribe again in a few days?

No draft tonite.........f*uck you Roger

This sucks.........it was bad enough when they went to this stupid ass thur/fri/sat set up.

This year, I watch NOTHING tonite, not one click anywhere but here and Twitter.

I blame Goodell for allowing all of this to happen on his watch. Shame on him and I hate to say it, but our own owners are not looking too good right now. The silence is deafening.

Didn't even realize the draft started tonight. In any case it is a huge waste of time when you can just check the Internet and see who we drafted then research said player.

I wasn't going to watch to begin with. Especially when you need to see Goodell's face the entire first round.

I Just found out the draft's tonight.

I have to admit that I laughed out loud. I'd already planned to be doing gardening prep work tonight, having an all night dinner party tomorrow night, and doing 'spring cleaning' of both a shed and a garage on Saturday afternoon, so I'm fully covered.

Those of you watching it, though, enjoy.

Watching the Celtics ... could be some D help in the NFL draft for them ... Celtics defense is deplorable.

nope, boycotting the entire thing. even if brady won, i wasnt watching that ****. maybe i'll tune in at the beginning to see the fans boo roger, but they might finally applaud him now.

twitter has made watching the draft live pointless!!!
They booed him. That's the only reason I ever watch that. I always make sure I turned on for the first pic just to watch him get booed.

I'd love to be within hearing range of him again someday, just so I can say something rude and have him comprehend it. I'd try to come up with something unusually disturbing (yet non-threatening) that he couldn't just immediately blow off as a crank fan giving him crap. Maybe something from his school days hardly anyone knows. Something embarrassing. Might be worth a little research ...

yeah...well, Tunes...leave this up to the PROFESSIONAL leather lungs screaming maniac...ME!...You can record it on the cam I got stashed in the back of the 4Runner.

I can confidently say that I boycotted BSPN* and the NFL* Network some time ago, sold my Madden games, ignored the draft, and will continue to do so. I have plenty to do besides watching this constipated-faced man-child bungle and bumble upon the stage like a drunken marionette on crack. Instead of devoting my energies to indulging this escapist version of Little Lord Fauntleroy, I will be cranking up Led Zeppelin while writing and not giving a second thought to this tyrannical overlord of failure.

Thank you all, and have a good night.

I am and I probably have averaged 8 hours of draft coverage since whatever year started broadcasting it.

I thought about it for a long while yesterday, and I woke up this morning with the decision to boycott. I'm actually boycotting everything NFL that is not a NE game or directly related to NE.

I dunno if I'd call it a boycott, but I won't be watching. Basically I'm just so fed up with the NFL that I don't want anything to do with it atm.
I just posted the same thing in different wording before seeing yours. It's so ****ing pathetic, BradyFTW. To hear Goodell still talking about integrity and all that ********. I've just had it.
