Nothing to lose now so why not file a defemation suit?

Get the defamation and malicious use of process suits filed, get any and all forms of appeal possible lodged, file an injunction on the suspension.

dont take the " robert kraft " approach. what a horrible day today has been. i had little enthusiasm for the nfl draft since we dont have a 1st rounder. now brady is gone for a quarter of the season over something that never happened. not look forward to the season at all.

Not really. But the real question is what are the odds of him winning at this point? Glad he's going down swinging, but the odds of winning just fell down dramatically today. Best we can almost hope for is forcing a pyrrhic victory for the NFL.
