When Brady Retires, are you done?

With the Goodell gong show, I'm thinking no Brady and i might be done (but who knows). Anyone else feeling this way?

Nope. I've worn the laundry since '74. I'll wear it as long as I live. I'll watch the games the Pats play in,but otherwise, I won't be watching the other games.

I just can't bear Robert Kraft.

I used to frequently go the New England Revolution games. Even used to catch them on the orad in Toronto and NYC, once in Montreal.

I didn't go to single Revs game last year.

I suspect I will have the same kind of nausea in supporting anything he is affiliated with.

I should point out that I told DirecTV to NOT renew my NFL Sunday Ticket subscription this year, and I cited the court decision against Brady as the grounds for it. I told them that I believe the NFL is a damaged brand and that I have absolutely no interest in watching any games other than Patriots games from now on.

Personally, I'm waiting to see what Kraft has to say about this situation now. My support for him,tenuous at best, will depend upon his actions now.

Yes and I said it last offseason too. I'm not saying I'll never watch another NFL game once Brady is gone but I don't have any desire to carry on as a diehard fan. It's not worth the ******** and the way the league has tried to destroy us and our reputation.

So I'm sticking with the game until TB12/Belichick retire. But after that? I've already seen the best I'll ever see. No reason for me to continue, being so disgusted by the league, Goodell and the owners.

When I think of Kraft and the NFL, I start dry-heaving, wretching, and vomiting.

It's the opposite of fair-weather, in other words. My body goes into spasms and revulsion.

That doesn't happen to fairweather fans.

Yup, once Brady retires I'm all done.

I'll watch a game here and there, obviously the playoffs if the team makes it, but my "obsessed fan" card is getting turned in once TB12 hangs it up.

I've had it with this league, this owner and the fact that I can't even read an article or talk to other fans in peace with "cheating" or "spyagte" and "deflategate" being mentioned.

And there's no basis for it either beside contempt. The fact is, the Patriots have been so damn good, for so damn long, that the jealous fanbases of the other 31 teams, will do and say whatever they can to taint our success. Spygate was a joke, Deflategate is a f*****g farce and I'm done trying to support a team where the owner is a spineless sack of s**t who let's his supportive, paying, dedicated fanbase get badgered at every opportunity.

I'm done, once he's done. And it's really sad it's come to this, but this corrupt league isn't getting another dime out of me unless it's a Super Bowl gear, plain and simple.

Possibly, I had enough, the only reason I'm not quitting now is because I know BB and Brady aren't quitters and will never take their foot off the gas no matter what happens until its time to hang it up

I have no idea. I will stop watching when I lose interest, as I did with baseball and basketball, I won't pick a day and do it as a protest no one will hear I will simply stop caring. As for now I want this to light a bonfire under Brady, Belichick, and the Patriots. I want 3 more Lombardi's and every stop pulled out to get them. I want Bradys legacy shoved so far up Goodell' ass he never gets it out. And if I ever run into that sack of **** Goodell at Scarborough Beach or anywhere else I'm an going to unload on him whether his family is there or not.

I am done done done. i can't stomach the hypocrisy and the political correctness anymore. the joy is already gone for me. now i watch because im angry. once bb and tm are gone so am i.

It's not fair-weather, it's the fact that we are sick and tired of supporting a league that is destroying the sport we love, just for the almighty dollar. Maybe there will be a new generation of owners/leadership that will turn the league around, but right now I can't support the owners. Things change. It's not an easy choice either. I'm sure I'll want to watch the Patriots after BB and TB12 retire, but I just can't support the league, even in adding to the viewership by tuning-in. I boycott products and companies I dislike and the NFL is just about there...
