Tom Brady suspended again

Katzmann like Berman actually gave this case some careful thought. The other two judges basically said CBA and get it off our table.
In the best case. In the worst case they have some dubious interests behind the table.

Not surprised, expected this after considering Brady's actions and how he handled this issue.

Time to move on.

F moving on! I'm all on board the scorched earth train for this...

I hope they keep clawing and fighting until every last option has been exhausted, and then after that I hope Brady files a defamation suit and the NFL have to produce all their emails, texts, phone logs, and every single pad of paper they made so much as a pen mark on in discovery

I wonder what teams these judges support?:mad::mad::mad:

Chin attended law school with John Mara.

For the haters, the fact that Kraft was at a party with Berman (and a hundred other people) was proof that Kraft influenced the judge. The same "logic" should apply here, right? Mara told Chin the NFL is winning this case no matter what ;)

Kessler has been less than stellar so far

Kessler was great in Berman's court but should have allowed Steffen Johnson to actually handle the appeal, that's what he was hired for. Hopefully he lets him take it from here.

I think Brady wanted this behind him and would have let it go had he won, now he should go full bore with a defamation suit against the league, sue then for all they are worth.

I'm honestly so tired of this crap that I just can't be that emotional. I have faith in Jimmy G to win at least 2 out of 4 games, maybe more - and when TB12 comes back it will be total scorched earth on the league.

I don't think it mattered, court is obviously corrupt. Goodell could have admitted the whole thing is ******** and they still would have won.

Should forefit them all...stand as one.

I don't think they needed to be bribed or anything, if that's what you're implying. I think they're just ideologically anti-labor.

That's what I meant, they have their ideological blindfolds, ignoring what law should be about.

I said the same thing last year, decided to come back because Brady won in court. Different story this year, will not be watching or going to any games. The NFL can go **** themselves and if Goodell gets hit by a bus, I will hold a party.

or you can drive the bus
and we throw a party

Well if anything this just proves that if you are successful for a long period of time you must be

a ) cheating

b ) cheating

c ) cheating

Nope. Nobody ever accused the Spurs. Completely undeserved, but BB, Mangini, and Tomase opened the door to this nonsense. And it will never be fully closed.

I'm not aware of any NBA team in the last 20 years accused of cheating. Meanwhile you have a herd of fake scandals in the NFL in the last 10 years alone. Says more about the league offices than about the teams.

I just wish the NFL would do something right and come out and say that Brady didn't deflate footballs. We are solely punishing him because it is within our power. Also don't ever destroy a phone because it makes RG mad.

A Sanders appointment would be very union friendly

A Trump appointment would be the beginning of Armageddon, but at least he's a friend of Brady so that could potentially work in our favor..

I'm really not sure what you'd get with Hillary.. probably whoever Goldman Sachs wants to be appointed, which I doubt would be very union friendly
I agree with the Hillary part of your analysis. However, this is not a right wing/left wing, Republican/Democrat kind of issue. You'll note that the one dissenting appeals court judge was the sole Republican appointee on the panel.

[Edit: This post has been corrected. The dissenting judge was a Clinton appointee.]

Two of them are Prime Time.

I have confidence in JimmyG but the Patriots not showing up and "No Game" on Prime Time would f'n rule.
Does anyone know if forfeiting is even possible? I know it would never happen but man a last minute forfeit of the Arizona game would be ****ing amazing.
