so katzmann (dissenter) is the chief judge of 2nd circuit court of appeals. does that help at all in getting a full appeal heard?

Chin was an Obama appointee, Katzmann a Clinton nominee, and Parker a Bush nominee. The only real thing you can say from this is that, while GOP nominees are obviously no friend to organized labor, Democratic nominees aren't much better. The working class doesn't have a lot of friends in high places, which shouldn't surprise anyone.

The League bought and paid off those judges. You can't lie in court, nevermind a federal court and get away with it. Yet the NFL did just that. What does that tell you? I'm pisssed but I knew it was coming. TB is in the way of the new gen of crowned NFL QBs so they paid the judges off. To overrule a lower judge on something he never ruled on is complete BS. They didn't have hours of testimony and such to hear. I knew the justice system was BS. This only confirms it.

Reading the decision... it says court gives no opinion whatsoever about whether the facts are true or not, but we reverse because Article 46 and CBA.

Maybe the facts should come into play at Brady's next appeal if he has one.

Has the actual decision been released and analyzed???

I am in absolute shock. How can anyone as educated as you have to be to be a judge not see the total ******** the NFL was feeding them? Money really does talk and it makes me incredibly sad, I really thought our justice system was better than this. The idea that money can make an innocent man guilty makes me physically ill. I don't know what recourses Brady has but he MUST continue to fight this **** as long as he can. Get the full court to review it at least try to get the SCOTUS to review it. I need to hear one way or the other for sure if Berman gets another crack at it before I go drinking but what a ****ty start to the day
