Tom Brady suspended again

So now any boss in the country can accuse an employee of something as impossible as violating the laws of physics, then make up some BS 'evidence' at third remove from the events and the facts, suspend said employee, hear his appeal himself, and, based on the boss's fake facts and spurious evidence, uphold the employee's suspension? And now there is no recourse for the employee but to go to the Supreme Court? Insane! Just insane.

Without reading the decision, yeah, I'd expect that's the ratio.

4 liberals on the court, 4 conservatives. It may leave the 2nd circuit ruling in place. But by the time the court gets around to the case there could be a new appointment. Do i really have to root for hillary to win this?

Garland's pretty lukewarm on organized labor, so it's no given that the case would win even when he is confirmed.

He might just do that and if I'm him, I never participate in any NFL special events again. F them. I hold a grudge for the rest of my career if I'm Brady.

ive thought the same thing for over a year.

boycott the HOF induction, **** all of those cowards. just show up to the patriot HOF at Gillette.
rodger would hate that.

no 1st round pick, no brady. but at least kraft gets to attend arthur blanks exclusive VIP parties.

I'm not sure Lewis will be 100% ready by game one. He plays a position where cutting and starting and stopping, are really tough on the knees. Would not be surprised if he gets PUP'd to start the season, like Gronk a few years back. Not counting on him to be his old self immediately.
Fair enough but still my point is we should be able to cope with this, as much as it sucks. If JG is anywhere near as decent as people make him out to be we'll be okay.

Bret hart held a grudge for almost 15 years against the wwe for screwing him.

I wish Brady had it in him but he doesn't

Garland ain't getting on the court. Period. hillary would appoint her own nominee. I am assuming that the supremes won't even hesr this case until 2017.

I am not surprised at all by this ruling, but it still does't change how phucking pi$$ed off I am about it.

For those of you that say this is only about money....I say bull$hit. It has gone beyond even money for Goodell and his band of d-bags that rub their ***es on the NFL shield every morning. It is purely about ego at this point because we all know what deflategate is all about...and that is nothing. This was a frame-job from the beginning and an opportunity to stick it to BB and the Pats. Pure and simple. I am so disappointed in the courts right now.

Also, this is about the owners, and much further than just Goodell, who we've made the sole enemy during this whole thing. Keep in mind all he is is just a puppet.

Only remanded for purposes of entering opinion for NFL, so effectively no remand."

****, curran spoke too soon. ****

no........

i simply can not believe it...

a g a i n ?????????????????????????????????????????????????

Nfl writers, local and national had a entire year to prepare for this day and yet it's still unclear what the next step is.

Thanks a bunch guys

Krafty BoB, the "32" (minus 1) are all popping champagne right not... I can't wait to hear that money loving shrimps statement on this. If he even has the balls to say something publicly. My guess is team issues some ****old worthy statement... **** KRAFTY!!!!

Take a f.cking hike.

LOL, good choice of words. "Take a hike." Exactly what Brady is not allowed to do for 4 games.

OK I've seen 2 different things posted here, that this will go back to Berman and also that it won't. Does anyone know which one it actually is? I'm beyond pissed right now that they actually did this.

It merely goes back to Berman so that he can confirm the Second Circuit's decision (absent a re-hearing en banc, or certiorari to the Supreme Court). Berman would have nothing else to do.
