Seems like Chris Baker, Knighton's good friend and Redskin teammate, is putting out some hints. Assuming it means TK is heading back to Washington. Not saying its true, that's just what he is tweeting.

it'd be nice if you offered examples or at least gave a link to his twitter.

At this point im not caring if he wants a chance at a superbowl come here if he wants to be with his but Buddy stay in Washington

All i see on Bakers twitter is a friend trying to get his buddy to stay in DC and gather support for it.
By the looks of Bakers Twitter hes a Pat
But again Knighton could go either way.
Knighton is visiting his grandpa in MA how much you want to bet his granddad is a pats fan

If he wants to stay in that dump washintgon, let him. He's a solid player, but not someone who can't be replaced with someone else.

#KEEPROASTINDC put the pressure on let's make it happen today

Could be reading too much into it...just passing it along.
Yea I'm not reading too much into it either.

WAS made the playoffs last year. IMO Gruden is a pretty decent coach. I like Cousins. They need major help on defense but are otherwise a decent ball club that should be decent next year.

In New England he would be a piece of a winning machine. It's kinda like going to work at Microsoft.

Some players want to be part of something on the ground floor they believe will become something special. WAS might be one of those places.

Pot Roast strikes me as a player that wants to get paid and play.

First post here in a long time. Hello.

I really hope Pot Roast comes to NE. Why you ask?

I will tell you why.

1. Hicks was a big loss. Brown and Branch, while good, are two players who probably need some reinforcing. Pot Roast is just the man to do that.

2. Pot Roast has been successful in his career and I like more alphas joining the Pats.

3. I like seeing guys buy into the Pats system of leaving a few bucks on the table in exchange for being a part of something bigger than themselves.

4. They've missed out on a few other guys and it's time to win one of these.

5. Let's face it, you can never have enough good nick names on a team. What team isn't just a little more fun to root for than one with a guy named Pot Roast on the roster? My softball team had a guy named Leon on it and that fact alone made us better. How can a Leon not be good at softball, especially hitting?

6. I love that Brady referred to him as Pot Roast before I even knew that was Knighton's name.

7. Six reasons isn't enough?

Get it done, BB. And Caserio. And Bobby Kraft.

What do you make of this?

I make that the Redskins have raised their offer and now he is torn on what to do that and his team mate waving pom poms around to keep him he wont get that treatment here.

Chris Baker is one of his best friends since high school. The Patriots have had plenty of current players lobby for friends or former teammates to join them, it's totally normal. Players don't stop being human beings because they join the Patriots.

Getting tired of this.

Pot Roast, make a decision already!

Sounds like the Redskins have their value for him and made their offer and aren't going to budge from it or atleast aren't going go up to what Knighton wants for now, which if they were going to offer more I think they would have done it after it got reported he was leaning towards the Pats. I mean once you put the "leaning towards another team" thing out there, it is really only effective for a day or two.

Look at Hicks when it got reported he was leaning toward the Bears Bill was on the phone with him at the 11th hour trying to get him to come back.

Would this guy just make a decision already, my goodness.

Just a heads up...

Tonight, steelhead trout is visiting.
