You've probably missed the entire history of the internet, then, because there are plenty of people who get so emotionally invested in their position that they'd rather see something go bad just to be proven right.

Yes, there have been a lot of people who seem like they'd rather see Dobson turn into a bust than have a big 6'3" athletic receiver turn into a productive part of the offense.
