Who is tired of the offseason?

God, NFL has to have the longest offseason ever! The time between SB -> Draft is forever, then the time between Draft to Pre-Season is a lifetime....another 5 months without football...

Extend the stupid regular season and extend the roster spots, or expand playoffs....something needs to be done!

No, you can't do that. This is Jets fans' favorite time of year. They look forward to it from September to January.

I'm always jonesing for more Patriots football, but luckily I'm also a hockey and baseball fan, so the offseason gaps are bridged pretty well for me. Summer is also a decent time for movies, and there are a few games coming out in the next few months that I'm hyped on, so all in all, my entertainment options are taken care of.

For me football and soccer are the only thing I watch regularly, not US soccer, European soccer. The downtime is too long, the NFL would make a lot more money if they extended the season to two more games and playoffs by adding 2 extra teams from each division. It would make things much more interesting.

Then you can't win a bye or does each division winner get a bye and the top two teams get two byes? If preseason games get cut for it then the time away from football is basically the same. If there is no bye weeks in the play offs and only 2 weeks of preseason then you don't have any extra football time. Just 36 extra meaningful games played on the same time scale.

Kinda disagree. In fact I rarely watch preseason games. The players need time off.

Agreed. The game is just too physical and violent. The season is only 16 games for a reason.

The offseason is the only time I can truly let my mind sink into anything(a tv show like daredevil for ex) and not have football on the brain like the health of our roster etc.

By June/July is when the craving for football returns for me.

This is the time of the year when the Jets, Dolphins and Bills are all declared winners by some pundits who believe that there are two Superbowls; one immediately after the FA/Draft period and one in February..

Soon there will be the predictable articles have the __________ done enough to overtake the Patriots???
