6600 right around the corner.

Read the guys post above yours again.

And yes I do believe the situation has become part of the national conscience with regards certain media outlets.
I wouldn't mock the guy for starting this either.. that's too easy, I'd like to buy him a drink though to say thankyou.
Thanks BB!

I think this is why most are against signing it. In which case just as above, it don't matter. Most people just do a typo on the address change house number and use there junk email addresses. Everyone has two right.

That's good feedback, because I heard that recently on FB too! I should post out a workaround to address to fix that issue! :)

You could have 5 million but it will not outweigh the 31... it is the way the NFL world works.
True...but stranger things have been accomplished with far less to work with...
It would never work if I never tried!

Less than 700 to go.

13 Mar 2016 — Hello fellow Defenders of The Wall,

Thanks to all the new and old signers of the petition! #FreeOurDraftPicks

The momentum is growing, like a locomotive, slow and steady! One of the members of the "Defenders of The Wall" Facebook group was invited to do a live Podcast interview earlier today where he discussed the Consumer Complaint & Petition at great length. He also talked about some of the activities being planned and organized by the "Defenders of The Wall" that are in the works!

If you're not a member, please feel free to join. We are focused on ACTION, not just talking about how unfair Roger Goodell is! We're using the Consumer Complaint as a springboard for other activities aimed at creating even more momentum, noise and support against the NFL's Deflategate related actions among other goals in support of the Patriots and in support of a better NFL!

We have a couple of well-known advocates working behind the scenes on our behalf and word is that we could have a status on the complaint within the next week.

Thanks again and Keep Defending The Wall to #FreeOurDraftPicks

Sincerely,

James C. Derochea

Progress update

20 Mar 2016 — Hello Patriot Nation!

In the last week, as we reach 7k signatures, there have been some very interesting developments. Last Monday the Wall Street Journal reported that that the NFL and NFLPA was closing in on a deal that would strip NFL Commissioner, Roger Goodell, of disciplinary powers. (NFL, Union Closer to Deal Stripping Roger Goodell of Discipline Power
)

The report also quoted NFL Players Association executive director, DeMaurice Smith, who indicated that he "can’t imagine there is any appetite to agree with any proposal that doesn’t wrap up all the litigation.”

This of course COULD mean the end of both he ongoing Adrian Peterson case and the case against TOM BRADY! Even if this transpires between now and the end of the upcoming Annual League Meeting in Boca Raton, FL (March 20 - 23), There is no evidence that the decision will include RESTORING THE DRAFT PICKS TO THE PATRIOTS! Which would make the Consumer Complaint and accompanying Petition EVEN MORE RELEVANT because it would be one of the few paths left to getting back the picks!

Last week I also appeared on Sports Wrap, a local "Award Winning" sports talk show, to give an update on the Complaint and Petition (
).

The update included the latest action that the FB Group, "Defenders Of The Wall" have undertaken to support the ideals behind the Consumer Complaint. (Log into Facebook | Facebook
)

Most recently, we sent out an impact letter to all 32 NFL Owners, urging the owners to, as a group, push for the dropping of the Deflategate case based on unfounded charges and rescinding the penalties imposed against the Patriots (Draft Picks) and Tom Brady (4 Game Suspension).

The letter included references to relevant scientific conclusions, influential NFL media sources and other respected NFL/NFLPA sources as a means to sway the opinions of the owners as well as to emphasize that if this could happen to the Patriots and Robert Kraft who had been perceived as Goodell's closest ally amongst the owners, then imagine how easily it could happen to them and their franchise player(s)! And this is only ONE campaign of a multi-pronged plan that a group of dedicated "worker bees" has put into motion in an all out effort to draw this debacle to a (successful) conclusion!

Finally, thanks to everyone who has supported the quest to restore the Draft Picks and end Deflategate, whether via signing & sharing the Petition, retweeting my tweets, taking part in the aforementioned ongoing campaigns or just simply waving the banner like one of the Admins of the Defender Of the Wall group did recently at a Red Ss Spring training game: (Fan At Red Sox Game Holds ‘Fire Goodell’ Sign Wearing Tom Brady Mask dailysnark.com
)
And even Barstool Sports loved him: (This Guy Who Is Defending The Wall Behind Home Plate of the Sox Game Can Play For Me Anyday
)

Thanks again!

I prefer to refer to Roger as "Commissioner Nifong".

Good stuff Jim.

This should have been done a year ago. The idiots in the local media were focused on Brady and his 4 games, but I felt like a lone voice saying that the loss of the draft pick were way, way more important. So here we are, with Brady losing 4 games (probably) and the ridiculous loss of draft picks. The pain of losing a first and a fourth will last for years, but the pain of losing Brady for 4 game will be over quickly.

361 sigs to go.

I can remember mentioning this- check the threads -during the season several times and being ridiculed for doing so. It's way past cool that this has become a movement. :cool:

The bottom line is: It's the right thing to do...for the league and the fans. :D

The guy that took them away probably wouldn't mind doing that every year. What a sham! When I ever read his background- on another poster's signature -I almost lost it. This guy should have an investigation done on his own background to decide whether one of his "do/know nothing" caliber should have even been considered for such a position! Before he was promoted to the guy in charge, he was like...an intern. This does not speak well for the league. "Hey, we're looking for a new Commissioner..and anyone will do." :oops:

A puppet front man only needs two qualifications which are to take the heat and the ability to spin something into nothing or vice versa in the case of deflategate.

Ari Fleischer will be the next Commissioner. :eek:

Just 230 signature needed.

It's more than Boz, er I mean Bob did.
