OT Watched Concussion

What a good movie.

Makes me hate the NFL even more now with how they tried to cover up the effects of CTE.

Also choosing Luke Wilson as Goodell was appropriate as they are both a joke!

See it if you can. Will Smith was awesome.

I wish I saw it in theaters, but I'll be renting it on Google Play Movies.

It was too bad more people didn't see it in theaters. Unfortunately, the studio decided that it would be a swell idea to put that out on the same weekend as Star Wars so it was guaranteed to get smoked from the outset. But it was still an excellent movie.

Agreed. "Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy" would have been a better title for it. Imagine being a box office clerk and listening as people butcher that title.

"Thank you for calling Movie Phone....If you want to see Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy..Press 1.......Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy plays at 1:35, 4:10, 4:45, 7:20 and 10:35."

"League of Denial"

Lousy title didn't help

Will Smith in: "I Was a 300 Pound Behemoth Who Could Still Run Faster Than Most Track Stars, But Now I'm Retired and Can't Remember Where I Put My Car Keys."

****. I can't even remember where I left my keys sometimes and I didn't even play football.

"Goodell and His Henchmen"

I can't remember where I put my keys on a daily basis.

I saw it shortly after it came out.
Very good movie. Excellent performance by Will Smith.
Between Smith's performance in Concussion and Samuel L. Jackson's performance in the Hateful Eight, I can understand why people are mad that no African Americans were even nominated for an Oscar this year.

Good movie, but honestly it wasn't harsh enough against the NFL. This is like a Disney movie compared to "League of Denial". That documentary, after finishing watching that I was literally sick to my stomach. I never thought I could hate Goodell more than after I did after Deflategate, but trust me, your hatred will grow tenfold after watching that documentary.

He is a disgusting, vile person, a lying, cheating, lowlife who will do anything for the almighty dollar regardless of how it might hurt another person, whether physically or mentally. Just awful. If anybody sides or believes Goodell about Deflategate after seeing League of Denial, they are a complete moron.
