Akeem Ayers didn't exactly set the world on fire with St.Louis. If you're a smart team, you look long and hard at Patriots players acquired during the season. I cant think of many (if any) who go on to set the world on fire elsewhere. That's a credit to the New England coaching staff. They know what they need and how to coach up the talent.I am sure some team will over pay for him...just holding out hope....for him to return... I dont blame him for taking the highest offer.... players go to crap teams to get over paid...but come to the patriots to get rings....
