They just don't care about winning.Pats just are wasting away opportunity after opportunity. Every off season is the same damn thing.....not frustrating anymore because I am so used to their indifference!
We don't need to spend that kind of money on a safety. We have a pretty good tandem with McCourty/Chung.
I know they've only won 182 regular season and 22 playoff games for 204 total wins at a clip of 13.6 victories per season for the last 15 years. Losing every off-season is killing this franchise.Pats just are wasting away opportunity after opportunity. Btw, don't know if anyone else has mentioned this, but apparently he can also punt. So if god forbid something happens to Ryan Allen in a game, there's a backup plan there too.
Here is one I have not seen mentioned. Chris Givens. Was taken in 2012 just after Josh left but he must have seen the scouting reports. He is fast and supposedly just a go route runner. He was traded to the Ravens who promptly lost their QB Flacco and at the end had Mallet throwing to him. Only 20 receptions last year in a mid season trade. But 13 of them were for first downs. He is big at 6' and 203lbs.Who is a game breaking reciever that any team is going to trade?

Not only about Hogan but written by Hogan himself. It was actually a nice little piece. Maybe he's got a decent IQ.
Too bad we can't be like the Dolphins and Jets and sign all those big money Free Agents every year.Pats just are wasting away opportunity after opportunity. Every off season is the same damn thing.....not frustrating anymore because I am so used to their indifference!

He had one more TD than Sanu and at 20 catches in a complete new system mid year versus 33 for Sanu and how many did Streater have again? Should be less $ than Hogan and Streater.
Game breaking? Maybe. A career 16.6 YPC. His best year was 2010 with 42 catches and 25 for first downs. He has never played with a decent QB. Who knows?
Austin Davis? Are you kidding me?
Ryan Mallett?

And Harmon is a very solid 3rd safety.. with Richards as the young 4th safety that is being developed. We're in a very nice situation with our safeties
