OT - Facebook, Verizon and Yahoo bidding to stream TNF

Hope Yahoo wins out if that's the case, thought they did a good job last season. I imagine Verizon will try to make it available to subscribers only (much like how only VZW customers can stream live games on their phone). And Facebook is Facebook, really rather they not have their fingerprints all over a broadcast when I'm just trying to enjoy the game.
 
Is this for the US only?

Yeah, can you imagine trying to watch a game on Facebook and one of these things pops up in front of you?
